Deliveries & Returns

Summerhouse offers free delivery for any order exceeding R1500, with the exception of cushion inners. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Delivery options:

• Local delivery (Western Cape), R80
• Main Centers (Nationwide), R100
• Outline areas (Nationwide), R120
• Collect at Summerhouse, FREE
• Order exceeding a total value of R1500, FREE delivery

We understand that often what you see and what you love is not 100% what goes with your look. So don’t worry, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days.

You just have to make sure that the items are unused and not damaged or dirty. Once we have received the return and inspected it, you will be notified and your refund will be processed. Credit card refunds should take 2-3 working days to reflect in your account.

How to return your purchase:

• Email us at info@summerhousefabrics.co.za  naming the products that need to be returned and explaining why you would like to return them.
• If your return is authorised, you will receive a return shipping label with instructions.
• All returns will require an additional fee of R155.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item. We will then evaluate the issue and correct it accordingly.  Email us at info@summerhousefabrics.co.za
